By accessing or using Escapestamp.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Escapestamp for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Escapestamp is a digital passport and discovery service for recording escape room experiences, collecting stamps, sharing a public passport, and maintaining venue and room listings. Escapestamp is not a booking provider and is not responsible for the operation, availability, safety, pricing, or quality of third-party escape rooms or venues.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach of these terms or applicable law.
• If you are not legally able to agree to these terms on your own, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where a limited copy must remain in backups or for legal reasons.

Public passports are intended to be viewed and shared by others. You are responsible for deciding what information to add and confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for everything you submit.

Venue owners and managers must submit accurate, current information and may only upload text, logos, images, or other materials they are authorized to use. We may review, edit for formatting, merge, unpublish, or remove listings to maintain catalogue quality, address rights claims, or protect users.

• Do not break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others, or submit deceptive information.
• Do not harass others or upload harmful, discriminatory, obscene, or malicious content.
• Do not probe security, introduce malware, overload the service, evade access controls, or use automated collection in a way that disrupts the service or violates applicable law.
• Do not sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service unless we agree in writing.

Escapestamp and its original software, visual design, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership to you.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without notice. We aim to keep Escapestamp reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be offered as previews and may change as the service develops.

You may stop using Escapestamp at any time. We may restrict or end access if you materially or repeatedly breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the service. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the extent permitted by law, the service and third-party catalogue information are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that listings, statistics, or user submissions are complete or accurate.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by venues, users, or services outside our control. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Belgian courts have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law allows you to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms when the service or applicable law changes. We will post the revised terms and update the effective date, and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
